CU's
attitude to research is unbiased and we hold the view that
even research into subjects that are publicly controversial
or topics, which are unpopular is a necessity.
We support research into all kinds of subjects without
exception and for
us all conclusions whether derived from research work or
philosophical thesis' are equally important, even in the
event that these conclusions might hold challenging views
or
push conventional thinking past its
limits.
It is our firm belief that unless
research force innovation to take
place and open the world to
new concepts that leads to development we are
only confirming what we already know.
Academic tradition demand that we openly put our
conclusions on the table in order to
debate our findings with other academics.
Today's heretic is tomorrow's visionary.
